Terms of Use

T90 is a mental performance and development platform for athletes. It provides daily check-ins, personalized mental reps, identity assessments (Athlete Operating System and Competitive Operating System), journey tracking, and a personal performance coach ("Ask T90"). T90 also offers permission-aware views for parents and coaches.

T90 is designed to help athletes develop the mental side of performance with intention, while preserving athlete ownership, dignity, and privacy.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). If T90 detects crisis-related language, it will redirect you to crisis support resources — but T90 is not a substitute for professional help.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any health, mental health, or medical concerns. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or interact with in T90.

You must be at least 13 years old to use T90. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

T90 is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

You agree not to:

• Use T90 to harass, shame, pressure, or compare athletes
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to see (e.g., raw athlete data without consent)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use T90 to provide medical, mental health, or emergency advice to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Your use of T90 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using T90, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Athlete ownership: Athletes own their data. Parents and coaches can only see permission-safe, interpreted summaries through active consent scopes. Athletes can revoke consent at any time.

Third-party processing: When you use Ask T90, your development context is sent to a third-party language processing provider to generate coaching responses. Coach conversations are private to the athlete and are never shared with parents or coaches.

Ask T90 generates coaching responses based on your development context. Coaching content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your situation. You are responsible for evaluating any coaching guidance before acting on it.

T90's coaching operates under strict governance rules that block diagnostic language, shaming language, raw scores, comparisons, and crisis-related content. However, no system is perfect. If you encounter concerning content, discontinue use and seek professional support.

T90's coaching does not:

• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide therapy or counseling
• Replace a coach, parent, or clinician's judgment
• Make decisions for you — all decisions remain with the athlete and their support team

Parents and coaches use T90 to support athlete development — not to surveil, pressure, or compare athletes. By using T90 as a parent or coach, you agree to:

• Respect the athlete's ownership of their own development data
• Use permission-safe summaries to support, not pressure, the athlete
• Not attempt to circumvent consent scopes or access raw data
• Maintain the confidentiality of any development information shared with you
• Not use T90 data to shame, compare, or punish athletes

T90's governance engine actively blocks comparative, shaming, and pressure-based language in all parent and coach views.

T90, including its content, features, and functionality (including the Athlete Operating System, Competitive Operating System, governance engines, and coaching methodologies), is owned by T90 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from T90 without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to T90 if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of the Service poses a risk to others.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy's data retention and deletion provisions.

T90 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

T90 does not warrant that the coaching guidance, coaching responses, or development signals will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You acknowledge that T90 is a development tool, not a medical or mental health service, and that any decisions you make based on T90 content are made at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of T90 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of T90 will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over T90's principal place of business.

T90 offers paid athlete subscriptions. Parents and coaches use their support experiences free of charge. The following terms apply to athlete subscriptions only.

• Products: Athlete Monthly and Athlete Annual, both unlocking the same T90 Premium entitlement.
• Billing period: Monthly renews every month; Annual renews every year.
• Price: In the United States, $9.99/month or $99/year. Prices may vary by Apple App Store and Google Play storefront, currency, and tax.
• Free trial: Eligible new athlete subscribers may receive a 14-day introductory free trial. Trial eligibility is determined by the platform (Apple/Google) and is offered only to users who have not previously used a T90 trial on the same account. A trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple or Google account is charged at renewal time.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings — not from within T90. Cancelling stops future renewals; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period.
• Access after cancellation: Your athlete identity, journey, and training progress are preserved after a subscription ends. Premium features become locked, but your data is not deleted by cancellation.
• Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are handled by the respective platform under its refund policy. T90 does not control platform refund decisions.
• Restore purchases: Reinstalling T90 or moving devices? Use "Restore Purchases" on the subscription/paywall screen to re-link your Apple or Google purchase to your T90 account.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are charged a new price only after prior notice and, where required, consent via the platform.
• Manage your subscription: Apple App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
